2018 Toyota C-HR Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) Label Recall

Condition:
The Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) Labels on the vehicles involved were printed with an incorrect evaporative emission system description. Due to this error. the involved vehicles do not comply with a Federal Regulation.

Remedy:
Any authorized Toyota dealer will install a correct VECI label at NO CHARGE to the vehicle owner.

Covered Vehicles:
There are approximately 5,200 vehicles covered by this Emissions Non Compliance Recall.

Owner Letter Mailing Date:
Toyota will begin to notify owners in Late-July 2017.

They will be available when the remedy (recall) has been performed. They will also be the first ones to get repaired.
