CONDITION:
Abnormal noise from rear of vehicle when traveling over bumps.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Inspect rear coil springs for evidence of rubbing on lower arm. Coil spring may also appear misaligned or not seated correctly.
If the above condition is identified, STOP, DO NOT REPAIR, contact TAS for further instructions.
If it is a Sunday or holiday, continue with diagnosis and repair, save all parts and details (including pictures), and contact TAS at the next available opportunity.
